A 2017 scientific paper has recently reappeared online and is turning into a “hit” of its unheard of, scary and wonderful conclusions at the same time.
The main conclusion of the disputed document is that life on earth “seems to be evolving towards crab-like species”.
Originally published in the journal of the scientific community Linnean Societythe document entitled “Evolution of crustacean predispositions in Anomura” has already found ‘new life’ at the end of last year in the network Boing Boing entitled “Animals have evolved in the form of crabs at least five times”, and since then writing has become the subject of articles in many networks and forums.
Writers and commentators seem to be intrigued by instances involving the parallel and convergent evolution of animals, into crab-like creatures.

Researchers say the similarities between them come not only in superficial appearance such as shells or hooks, but also in the form of functional features in neurological processes and circulatory systems.
Surprisingly, crab behavior habits have evolved not from real crabs (Brachyura), but have been created three times independently of anomalous species. “There are some interrelationships with the carcinogenic system that have led to internal anatomical features, as we see in crabs.”
So what does this mean? One might say that life on earth is predisposed to crabs, while another says that when we meet aliens they can be intelligent crabs.
