Ukraine’s Security Service confirmed this Monday that Russian forces are moving dead soldiers in small groups overnight to cover their heavy losses.
It was stressed that the way of relocation is being done very slowly and the troops arrive in Russia “semi-decomposed” and need to be identified.
Ukraine’s security service claims to have tapped telephone conversations between Russian occupiers discussing the issue.
In a conversation, a Russian soldier said that only 20 to 22 people from his battalion of about 200 soldiers had survived. Nine others refused to continue the fight, according to Sky News.
