The Court of the Shkodra Judicial District has assigned this citizen the security measure “Prison arrest” for the criminal offenses “Destruction of property”, “Destruction of property by fire” and “Rebellion of prisoners”.
Citizen VS, while serving a sentence for another criminal offense, in Reçi prison, on March 22, 2020, in cooperation with several other prisoners, destroyed the premises of the prison rooms with fire and opposed the employees of prison while on duty.
The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecution at the Shkodra Court of First Instance.
