Shots fired in the center of Kiev

In the Kiev region near Gostotel, two Russian soldiers were arrested during a scuffle. The seriously injured are being assisted, while the second, from the Kemerovo region, was interrogated.

He says the commanders said they would go to training. Russian troops entered Kiev from the north. The Ukrainian army urged residents of Obolon’s northern Kiev district to resist.

Ukraine’s Defense Minister says thousands of people have joined the territorial defense units. “In Kiev alone, there are already 18,000 automatic weapons and ammunition,” the minister said earlier.
