The Albanian Road Authority (ARA) has provided information regarding the situation and suggests that salt treatment has been done on the axes with the presence of snow to avoid frost.
Further, ARA appeals to drivers to be careful whether they will travel at night or in the early hours of the morning, as well as urges them to respect the signs and be equipped with winter tires.
