Regarding the opening of negotiations for Albania and Northern Macedonia, the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Olta Xhaçka, stressed that she is still optimistic, hoping to find a solution between Bulgaria and Northern Macedonia, but underlined the fact that a constant wait on the part of these two countries undermines the credibility of the enlargement process.
