A 41-year-old Albanian man declared internationally wanted for drug trafficking has been arrested in Vlora.
The Spanish judicial authorities on December 14, 2020 issued an international arrest warrant for the criminal offenses “Trafficking in narcotics” and “Cultivation of narcotic plants”, provided by the Criminal Code of Spain.
“Work continues to apprehend internationally wanted persons. A citizen wanted for cultivation and trafficking of narcotics is arrested and handcuffed for extradition. Following the work to apprehend wanted persons, by the services of the Narcotics Investigation Section in the Local Police Directorate of Vlora, was arrested and arrested, for the purpose of extradition, the citizen: KD, 41 years old, resident in the neighborhood “24 May ”, Vlora. This citizen was declared internationally wanted, after the Spanish judicial authorities, with the decision dated 14.12.2020, issued an international arrest warrant, for the criminal offenses “Trafficking in narcotics” and “Cultivation of narcotic plants”, provided by the Criminal Code of Spains ”, according to the police.
Interpol Tirana, in cooperation with the Spanish authorities, is following the procedures for his extradition to Spain.
