Arben Kraja is presenting before the High Council of the Prosecution the annual report of SPAK for 2021.
Kraja: We have received over 756 requests from citizens. Arben Kraja: All prosecutors and investigators are aware of who we are investigating, we know that there will be different opinions, pressures. It is important for us to be correct with the law, to evaluate the evidence. I have also told these to the prosecutors, to continue the work with the evidence, it is not a worrying problem for us. Regarding the second question, I think we work in coherence with BKH. The officers are young, but they are learning.
Bujar Sheshi: For the part how the situation is presented in the stages of Bkh he has fulfilled those legal obligations? Have they performed their case investigation tasks correctly? Has the commission been set up and is it functional?
End: BKH is an independent body in function of SPAK. The idea is for a joint institution that makes a product. Step by step we tried to consolidate it. It took a lot of work, energy and a lot of work to select the staff. Professionally they are still not where we would like them to be, as they come from other fields. But the important thing for me is that they have the will, their number will increase, the training, the support of the prosecutors. We have a problem with the premises, but the large number in the organic makes it impossible to stay. We expect to get an object somewhere nearby to accommodate everyone. We have set up an oversight committee for BKH.
