A 52-year-old man who organized sports games in his bar was arrested this Monday in Tirana.
The citizen with the initials ZT was found exercising the illegal activity of gambling, through sports lotteries, in the premises of the restaurant owned by him, in “Selman Riza” street.
The police seized two decoders and a mobile phone and 62,500 new lek, which are suspected to have benefited from this illegal activity.
The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance in Tirana, for further actions, for the criminal offense “Organizing illegal lotteries”.
