A young Albanian, Fitim Gjeloshi, witnessed the serious event of the previous day in the Brooklyn subway in New York.
He told local media that he had been facing the suspect sitting in the corner, and had noticed that he was talking to himself.
“I saw it and thought: This one should not be okay, he should be drugged. When the train had a short stop, he suddenly pulled out a gas canister and opened a canister. I said this is not a good thing. “Then he took an ax out of his bag, left it and took the rifle”, said Fitim Gjeloshi.
Police confirmed that before firing the gunman had thrown smoke into the subway. It was all a madness. “I was scared to death”, adds Gjeloshi, still shocked. The perpetrator of the attack has not yet been caught. Police suspect that his 9-millimeter Glock pistol got stuck, thus preventing this tragedy from having even greater consequences.
Police in riot gear stormed a rally on Friday, removing 62-year-old Frank R James, who had previously posted disturbing videos on the network talking indignantly about the homeless and New York Mayor Eric Adams. A price of $ 50,000 has been offered for providing information that could lead to the attacker being arrested.
