“An average that depends on traffic goes 5-6 thousand lekë a taxi road from December 21 to the Madrasa. The taximeter after passing 1.5 km starts and adds 25 lekë per minute. A road to Rinas cost 17 thousand lekë now you can go 20 thousand lekë“, Says the taxi driver.
