Former director of ART Thoma Gëllçi was sentenced by the court to one year and four months in prison.
Thoma Gëllçi was handcuffed by order of the special prosecution in October last year as a suspect in the tender for equipment for the RTSH Agro channel worth ALL 87 million.
Held during 2018, this tender was found to be in violation, starting from the announcement of the procedure, after concluding the contract in December, a 45-day deadline was set as a condition, but according to SPAK, one week after the end of this deadline, the former general director signed additional contract.
