Russia is planning a major terror operation in the occupied southern city of Kherson by kidnapping residents and taking them across the Russian border, says an FSB informant, according to The Times.
The letter, believed to have been written by a member of Russia’s internal security service on Monday, said the Kremlin was no longer willing to deal with protesters in the Ukrainian city.
People will be picked up from their homes in the middle of the night, the letter said. “Even if we have to deport more than half the city, we are ready,” the letter said.
‘If we will identify the leaders of the protest and eliminate them. The protesters are only escaping the fact that it is unclear who exactly should be caught. ‘
In recent days, an order was given “from above” to find a solution, writes the informant. The letter is thought to have been written by the FSB agent known only by the code name Wind of Change. The previous letters were considered authentic by experts of the Russian security service, writes The Times.
