A 25-year-old man was arrested after stealing a pendant from a citizen in Elbasan.
The police have finalized the coded operation “2nd Necklace”, by seizing the pendant stolen from the young man with the initials PB, known before for this criminal act.
The materials were referred to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Elbasan Court of First Instance, for further action.
