Mariupol Mayor Vadym Boichenko said more than 600 people were injured in Russian bombings that struck the makeshift hospital-like facility inside the fenced Azovstal steel complex.
“You already know that they dropped bombs on the hospital, airstrikes destroyed the hospital, and this is a sign of a war crime, because the number of wounded used to be 170, but now it is over 600.”said Boichenko.
The bombings at the steel plant have been continuous, while the evacuation of civilians has been impossible.
