The court has rejected the allegations of FSHF to remove the seizure measure from the materials, mandates and servers of the Football Federation, decided by the Tirana Prosecutor’s Office in the framework of the investigation for violations during the election process in the Tirana Association.
The lawsuit was filed by the Tirana Regional Association two weeks ago, before the association itself, with the decision of Judge Arian Aliaj to be dropped in court, recognizing the Assembly convened by Veliaj and chairman Eduard Prodan.
Earlier, the court sentenced the President of the ALF, Armand Duka, to a fine for obstructing the judicial process.
In its decision, the Court fined the ALF and its leaders 700,000 ALL for obstructing the trial in connection with the open process of manipulation with regional associations in order to predetermine the outcome of the March 2 elections, favoring the Duke.
