If we go back to history in these 30 years, I believe that achievements have been made. Albanians have supported this extraordinary relationship. What should be avoided is that these relationships are interpreted as personal. Practice has shown that they cooperate with those governments that are on the right line. Relations with the USA have reached several peak moments.
