Nick Morris, a former adviser to former President Bill Clinton, said yesterday that “there is a good chance” that the Hillary Clinton duel against former President Donald Trump will be repeated in the 2024 US presidential campaign.
Morris said if the Liberal Democrats lose control of Congress in this year’s midterm elections, President Biden and Vice President President Kamala Harris will lose their posts – paving the way for one of their attempts by Hillary, where her husband Bill will be the architect of the strategy.
“There is a good chance it will happen,” Morris said, referring to the repeat of the Hillary-Trump duel.
“Hillary has built a good strategy that no one else can do. “She knows the people around her and her husband Bill can reach a high level of thinking.”
“Once the election is over, every Democrat will try to hit Harris Biden,” Morris said.
“She has positioned herself as Biden’s democratic alternative or the left in general in the Democratic Party,” Morris said.
In an interview with MSNBC, Hillary, a former secretary of state in the Obama administration, warned Democrats to think hard to win the election, not just in the “blue” areas where Democrats or Liberal Democrats always win.
DonaldTrump has not yet confirmed whether he will run in 2024, but he consistently outperforms many other Republicans in the polls.
In a recent poll Reuters / Ipsos, 54 percent of Republicans chose Trump as their preferred candidate, compared to their closest follower, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis.
