DISMISSAL AND APPOINTMENT OF THE GENERAL DIRECTOR OF THE GENERAL DIRECTORATE OF MONEY LAUNDERING PREVENTION
Pursuant to Article 100 of the Constitution and point 3, article 21, of law no. 9917, dated 19.5.2008, “On the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing”, as amended, on the proposal of the Minister of Finance and Economy, Council of Ministers
VENDOSI:
- Mr. Elvis Koçi, General Director of the General Directorate for the Prevention of Money Laundering, is relieved of this duty.
- Mrs. Iris Ago is appointed General Director of the General Directorate for the Prevention of Money Laundering.
This decision enters into force immediately and is published in the “Official Gazette”.
