Petar Petkovic was again not allowed to enter the territory of Kosovo to visit some villages in Gjilan and Leposavič.
After returning from the border point, the Serbian media reports that Petkovic has blamed the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, and demands that they come to an agreement with the EU if they want to continue the dialogue.
“My arrival today in Konçul is first of all a message to the international community, which is clearly incapable or pretends to be so when it comes to Pristina and when it looks down on Albin Kurti and Pristina, who every day violate the agreements that we have reached in Brussels, including the Agreement on Official Visits”Petkovic told the Serbian media.
The Head of the Office for Kosovo adds that he has warned of the visit in time and does not understand its rejection by the Kosovo authorities.
He was also banned from visiting Konçul and Leposavic on Tuesday, while the institutions in Kosovo have not yet responded to the refusal.
