Judge Agron Zhukri has been selected to review the request submitted to the court by the DP Re-establishment Commission for the registration of statutory changes.
The court issued an official announcement this Thursday regarding the filing of the Re-establishment Commission’s request for statutory changes, decided in the December 11th National Assembly.
The notice said the case has been registered and is awaiting submission to the lottery process.
Within 48 hours, two separate requests for changes to the statute of the Democratic Party were filed in the Court of Tirana.
In the petition filed Tuesday, the Democratic Party sought the reflection of changes to the party statute and elected bodies in the July 17, 2021 National Assembly.
On Wednesday, the Democratic Party Re-establishment Commission asked the court to reflect on the statutory changes made in the Assembly on December 11 held at the “Air Albania” stadium.
The same two claims in object, but not in content, are expected to be considered separately in the Capital Court.
The request for statutory changes of the Assembly on July 17 will be reviewed by Judge Blerina Muça.
