After the debates in the plenary session, the head of the SP parliamentary group, Taulant Balla reacted again through a post on social networks regarding the Serbian genocide in Srebrenica.
Balla writes that on July 11 the parliament will convene in an extraordinary session, while emphasizing that the crimes of 1995 in Srebrenica have been assessed as genocide by the United Nations.
“On July 11, 2022, the Albanian Parliament will hold an extraordinary session on the genocide in Srebrenia in 1995.
We stand by the families who lost their loved ones. “The United Nations has described Srebrenica as the worst crime in Europe since World War II and the Srebrenica killings have been classified as genocide by the International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia.” writes Balla.
