The danger of being a perfectionist at work
In most cases, the goal of perfection in the workplace is more harmful than helpful. The reason is this: it promotes high levels of stress.
Reluctance to do tasks: Fear of failure, keeps you away from tasks at work.
The problem with time management: Since you are afraid of failure, then most of the time you spend doing research, improvising, arranging details and perfecting the presentation. This makes it difficult to meet the set deadlines.
