For Radojčič, the Court has issued an arrest warrant for attempted intimidation of witnesses in the “Brezovica” case, this case for corruption and illegal constructions.
Radojčić, also known as the crime boss in the North, with an active arrest warrant, would have to be arrested if he appeared in the territory of Kosovo. But according to the prosecutor of the “Brezovica” case, Rasim Maloku, Radojčič did not enter Kosovo legally, so his whereabouts are unknown.
The former director of the Kosovo Police, Rashit Qalaj, demands that the court order be implemented.
Milan Radojčič also has an arrest warrant on suspicion of involvement in the murder of his opponent, Oliver Ivanović. And in February of this year, he managed to escape from the border police in Bërnjak, according to police officials, they had asked to carry out the necessary checks, but he quickly left.
In addition, Milan Radojčič is part of the black list of the United States of America due to organized crime.
