A trailer broke down this morning on the Lezhe-Shengjin road axis at the place called the Shengjin intersection.

As a result, the trailer has blocked the entrance to Shengjin, creating long queues of traffic and chaos since the exit of the city of Lezha and along this road axis.

The load is expected to be removed and then the trailer relocated.
