The “same fishing boat” was found carrying thousands of AK47 rifles, grenade launchers and other weapons when it was seized last February, the US Navy said.
The shutdown comes at a time of rising tensions in the region following a deadly drone strike in Abu Dhabi claimed responsibility by Huthi rebels. The Saudi-led coalition responded by carrying out airstrikes in Yemen.
