Three people have been handcuffed by the Elbasan police and 2 others have been prosecuted for various criminal offenses.
Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes in the Elbasan Police Commissariat made the arrest in flagrante delicto of the citizen L. Ll., 33 years old, for the criminal offense “Removal of a prisoner from his place of residence”, after violating the security measure “Home arrest”, coming out of the apartment.
Among two others, identified as KK, 56 years old, resident in Cerrik and F. LL., 26 years old, resident in Librazhd, are charged with the criminal offense “Irregular driving” after being caught driving in drunk state.
On the other hand, the Crime Investigation Specialists of the Elbasan Police Commissariat prosecuted the citizens:
KM, resident in Elbasan, and EM, resident in the village of Gjergjan, for the criminal offense “Illegal construction”, after they were found carrying out construction works without the relevant permits.
The materials were forwarded to the Prosecution at the Elbasan Court of First Instance, for further action.
