Three people have been killed and others injured in what police say is a suspected terrorist attack in the Israeli city of Elad.
The two attackers – one armed with a gun and the other with an ax – targeted passers-by in the city park, Israeli media reported.
The suspects are still at large.
The attack came as Israel marked Independence Day, a day of rest in honor of the founding of the state.
The attack comes after deadly attacks by Palestinians and Israeli Arabs in recent days, marking the period with the bloodiest attacks in Israel since 2006.
