According to Balla, the improvement of the situation requires a relatively high set time as investigations require a period of time to reach conclusions.
“Do not claim a result with six months or a year of investigation, the expectation is that powerful people will be caught in the net who have not been violated to date by justice.“, He further added.
According to him, not every dismissed prosecutor has been corrupt, as there have been cases with lack of documentation, in which the necessary actions have been taken.
The head of the KLP said that the laws on the appointment of prosecutors have changed starting from the movements in positions, where for a parallel movement or promotion everything is studied and becomes a democratic competition, while emphasizing that evaluations are made on the basis of work.
