Kroi i Bardh is a small village located in Bjeshke and Mirdita in the area of Selita.
According to the locals, it got this name not so much from the color of the water as from the fact that it cleans and whitens everything that passes through it. Due to this property, the rocky stones through which the water passes become white and are not covered with moss as usually happens with other waters. This tourist season in Kroin e Bardhe has also been open since the beginning of May, where it has welcomed visitors from many from Albania but not only, there are also those immigrants who choose to spend at least 10 days in one of the pearls that the area of Mirdita has because of the clean air it offers and the water with many healing properties.
Although the number of visitors is always increasing, the lack of investment in this area remains a problem. The lack of infrastructure, electricity, an ambulance for vacationers, or the mobile network often turns into a reason for many not to visit this country.
The number of visitors is very high, especially during the summer season, which number can increase every year and more if investments are made in infrastructure or electricity.
