The Transparency Board set up by a Government decision, with the aim of temporarily limiting the wholesale / retail trade prices of oil and gas by-products, at its next meeting decided:
Retail price of gasoline by-product of standard SSH EN 590 to be 211 ALL / liter, while wholesale price 206 ALL / liter.The retail price of the gasoline by-product of the standard SSH EN 228 should be 211 ALL / liter, while the wholesale price should be 206 ALL / liter.The retail price of the gas by-product should be 93 lek / liter at retail for vehicles, remaining unchanged from the last board meeting.
These prices will be valid for the period 15-16 March 2022, after which the board will reconvene tomorrow to announce the reflection of sales prices.
We draw the attention of every operator of wholesale and retail sale of petroleum by-products on the obligation to implement this decision.
In case of violations found by different operators, the penalties defined in the Normative Act will be applied.
We are in constant monitoring and control of the situation, to guarantee the full implementation of the decisions of the Transparency Board.
