The business has a lot of problems with the people it employs because not only are there no workers but also those who are employed are insecure. For this reason the business is looking for foreign workers
“Everywhere we look at employment announcements, for different professions”.
What employment experts note is that once a job is started, the worker faces a kind of exploitation by the employer, in terms of extended hours, increased workload, and a payment not as originally promised.
The professions that are being sought are those that do not require specialization, such as sales manager, customer service, hotelier, waiter, bartender, pastry chef, baker. Since they do not want education, but training, they find it easy to break off the employment relationship.
When they see that they are used, they work better in the black and take that 500 thousand old lek in hand. No need to work long hours and take a week off. We have noticed that the entities are looking for workers from Bangladesh, Nepal, the Philippines and most recently from Egypt.
But even these, as seen, use Albania as a springboard to then go to EU countries.
