Specialists for Investigation of Economic and Financial Crime in DVP Durrës prosecuted for the criminal offenses “Abuse of duty” and “Fraud”, citizens ID, 36 years old, resident in Durrës and AS, 58 years old, resident in Tirana, employee of an agency private customs, after asking the citizen DG, 35 years old, to pay a sum of money in the bank, to clear the vehicle, but they did not clear it, even though the owner of the vehicle had paid the money.
The materials were forwarded to the Durrës Judicial District Prosecutor’s Office for further action.
