The Russian military has lost 19,000 soldiers since the start of the war, according to Ukraine.
Through a post, Ukraine states that 1,891 Russian armored vehicles were destroyed, 135 helicopters, 700 tanks and 150 aircraft.
Last month, Russia claimed 1,351 of its troops had died.
The reaction came after NATO estimated that up to 15,000 Russian troops had been killed since the start of the February 24 occupation of Moscow.
The latest figures come after Vladimir Putin’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov acknowledged yesterday a significant loss of Russian troops since the beginning of the occupation of Ukraine.
