The Sunny Hill Festival this year will not be held in Pristina but will be moved to Tirana. The news was confirmed by its founder, Dukagjin Lipa, Dua Lipa’s father.

In the letter sent to the MLGA, the Sunny Hill Festival has indicated that it does not need public property for 99 years. We do not need state land, but Prishtina needs space which meets the conditions required by world-class performers and the Festival needs permanent houses in its city “, explains the founder of the largest festival in Kosovo , Dukagjin Lipa.
About a month ago, the municipality of Pristina decided to give 17 hectares of land for use for 99 years, the procedures were delayed.
In the previous two editions of this festival in Gërmi, world-famous artists such as Miley Cyrus, Dua Lipa, Calvin Harris, Martin Garrix, Action Bronson and dozens of local and foreign artists performed.
