Former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Europe and NATO Michael Ryan said that the next three weeks will determine the outcome of the war in Ukraine.
In an interview with Skynews, he said that the Russians have once again re-evaluated their target in the war, to focus on Eastern Ukraine.
“The next three weeks will be crucial. It will determine the outcome of the war”He said.
He said that if aid to Ukraine was stepped up, the occupied country could emerge victorious.
“If we in the West can increase our sense of urgency in supplying Ukrainians, wrapped up to the level of the Berlin airline, the Ukrainians can really come out of this with a victory.”
As for the new war leader, General Alexander Dvornikov, Ryan said the new commander would return to “classic Russian tactics,” including massive air and artillery strikes.
