Secretary of State Anthony Blinken has announced that the US government has concluded that Russian forces have committed war crimes in Ukraine.
“We have seen numerous reports of indiscriminate attacks targeting civilians as well as other atrocities“He said in a statement Wednesday.
He added that Russian forces had destroyed Ukrainian infrastructure without sparing either schools or hospitals.
“Russian forces have destroyed residential buildings, schools, hospitals, critical infrastructure, civilian vehicles, shopping malls and ambulances, leaving thousands of innocent civilians dead or injured,” he added.
