Following concerns raised by the WHO that Omicron will spread widely in January, citizens are interested in the third dose of the vaccine, but many are unclear in cases where they have passed Covidine and are vaccinated.
Ursina Hajdini, doctor at the Health Center no. 2 stated: “When they have passed between two doses of the vaccine or after the second dose, the vaccine should be given 30-90 days by Covid.
There is an exception for patients who have been treated with antibodies during the course of the disease.
Most citizens seeking the third dose of the vaccine and having previously taken two doses of Coronavac prefer the combination with the well-known vaccine of the European Medicines Agency.
Some citizens prefer the combination because of the greater protection while others hope that they can be recognized to travel outside Albania while there is no official answer about this!
