The head of the Parliamentary Group of the Socialist Party, Taulant Balla, spoke today in the assembly about the construction of the bridge that connects Velipoja with Ulcinj, the project of which was discussed the day before at the Open Balkans summit.
While saying that it is the bridge that will unite us with our brothers in Ulcinj, Balla told the opposition MPs that if they come out against this project when it is voted in the assembly, it will be a shame for them.
“The bridge over Buna is a historical project that unites two countries of the Western Balkans, but it unites us Albanians more. Maximum rating for Prime Minister Abazovic.
When the 2023 budget comes, it would be a shame to vote against the budget that will build a bridge that unites us with our brothers in Ulcinj. “Remember, it is a great historical project.”
On Wednesday, while talking to Montenegrin counterpart Abazovic, Prime Minister Edu Rama said that citizens will easily go to Ulcinj after the completion of the project. Another project that is expected to be built is Shengjin-Velipoja which will facilitate the Shengjin-Ulcinj trip.
“This area can become something really fantastic, with the opportunity to go from Shkodra to Ulcinj. It will be perfect and will give us a new vision for the use of Lake Shkodra “said the Prime Minister of Montenegro.
