After an intensive investigative work, it became possible to locate the citizen AS, in a private hospital, and then escort him to the premises of the Police Station no. 2 and his arrest.
The driver of the vehicle with foreign license plates, a citizen with initials AS, 39 years old, suspected as the perpetrator who caused the accident with pedestrians, in Kavaja Street, has been punished 8 times by the staff of the Regional Traffic Police Commissariat Tirana, of which several times for traffic signal violations, traffic light violations and non-use of seat belts.
Also, this citizen has been punished several times, with tire blockers, for parking in violation of traffic rules on the streets of the capital.
The same citizen was escorted three weeks ago to the premises of the Regional Traffic Police Commissariat Tirana, with the same vehicle, for verification by the structures of Illegal Trafficking in the Local Police Directorate of Tirana, and after being verified, proceeded to violate the provisions of the Road Code.
