Russian President Vladimir Putin has warned today that any country that intervenes to provide assistance to Ukraine will receive a swift response from Russia, without thinking twice.
“If anyone from outside tries to intervene in Ukraine, our response will be lightning fast. “We have all the means to respond, which we are not proud of, but we will use them if necessary,” he said.
The Russian leader added that all decisions on what this response would include have already been made, but gave no further details.
