The chairman of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha on Thursday accused the Prime Minister Edi Rama as the person who gave the order for the theft of sensitive data of over 630 thousand citizens in order to extend a patronage scheme.
In a statement to the media, Basha said such a publication is not about a technical issue and is not a matter of a person who has a passion to keep on USB the salaries of over 630 thousand Albanians.
“This is not a passion, but a criminal act ordered by Edi Rama. This is not a technical issue, but a political and legal one“, Said Basha.
The leader of the Democrats called on the legal institutions to arrest the responsible persons related to this scandal.
