Aurela Nasedkin, the Albanian blogger told “Albania Live” how she met her husband and left Albania by speedboat due to the difficult economic situation.
At a time when the situation in Ukraine is difficult and people are rushing to leave the country, Aurela revealed that she experienced almost the same situation years ago when she stayed a week without eating or drinking in an Italian forest.
“My son’s father proposed to me in high school, came to my father, asked for my hand and I said okay that I had a very poor family from the economy. The boy’s father had fled to Germany at that time and came to visit his mother in our village. When he left, after a year he sent the money to go to Germany and live with him. I was on the boat with my husband’s brothers. We left by boat in Lecce, we stayed a week without eating or drinking a forest until a person came to take us to Rome. “Even my husband did not have letters at that time, but he came in the car”, tha Aurela.
She describes the most difficult moment of her life when her son’s father passed away and his body had to be taken to Albania.
“The most difficult moment was when the boy’s father died. When I went to Canada, I parted that he was not the person I was looking at life with. At the same time, he was my son’s father, I loved and respected him. He was a person who took me out of Albania and I will never forget that in my life. After I split up, a year later he had an accident and lost his life. The boy was 5-6 years old and I got along very well with his mom and brothers because I considered them family because I had the son in the middle. “They asked me to take my husband’s body to Albania.” added Aurela.
