It is a rival country for well-known reasons of geopolitics and during the time we headed the OSCE I met with the Russian ambassador, we had a positive relationship, having different attitudes, I believe that every opportunity and opportunity, chance for communication for dialogue, for talks , should be used to the maximum. We are here to do ours, but we do not take on roles that do not belong to us!
