11 people have fallen into the hands of the Tirana police for various criminal offenses.
A 40-year-old man identified with the initials EP, is charged with the criminal offenses “Production and sale of narcotics”, “Irregular driving” and “Disobedience to the order of a public order police officer”.
He did not obey the order of the police officers for detention. After the arrest, during the verification of the documentation, it turned out that this citizen was driving the vehicle with a suspended driving license, while during the control, a quantity of cannabis sativa was found;
The blue forces have also arrested the citizens identified as:
– L. Sh., 21 years old, after during the physical control by the services of the Police Commissariat no. 2, a quantity of suspected cocaine was found and seized as material evidence;
– S. Zh., 26 years old, after during the physical control by the services of the Police Commissariat no. 2, a quantity of suspected narcotic substance of the type cannabis sativa was found and seized as material evidence;
– A. Gj., 43 years old, because during the physical control by the services of the Police Commissariat no. 4, a quantity of suspected cocaine was found and seized as material evidence.
While the specialists of the Search Section caught the citizens:
– KM, 38 years old, declared wanted, after the Court of Elbasan has imposed the security measure “Prison arrest”, for the criminal offenses “Forgery of documents” and “Forgery of stamps, seals or forms”;
– Osman Nenada, 23 years old, after the Court of First Instance Tirana sentenced him to 2 years and 8 months in prison, for the criminal offense “Sexual Harassment”.
Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes in the Police Commissariat no. 3 arrested and detained citizens:
– Ç. V., 28 years old, declared wanted for the criminal offense “Theft”;
– DM, 32 years old, after the Court of First Instance Tirana has assigned the security measure “Prison arrest”, for the criminal offense “Irregular driving”.
Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes at the Kavaja Police Commissariat made the arrest in flagrante delicto of the citizens:
– GA, 50 years old, after during the physical control by the Police services, a fist amplifier (metal handle) was found and seized as material evidence;
– ED, 43 years old, after during the physical control by the Police services, three cutting tools (knives) were found and seized as material evidence.
Traffic specialists made the arrest in flagrante delicto of the citizen AM, 26 years old, after he was caught driving the vehicle, in a drunken state.
Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes in the Police Commissariat no. 5 criminally prosecuted the citizen RD, 35 years old, for the criminal offense “Intentional minor injury”, after for weak motives he hit in the hand, with a sharp tool, the citizen AM, 47 years old.
The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance in Tirana, for further action.
