You are assisting in the voting process of the National Council, which consists of the founders of the first days of the PD to the youngest members, there are militants and uncompromising activists, but there are also prominent intellectuals united with the PD with better aim is to turn this political force into a victorious force. This process marks the completion of the work of the Assembly of the DP with complete success, as I pointed out in my speech, this assembly can be called the Assembly of the end of the presidency and presidency. Put on the pedestal a new representative elite elected on the model of one member one vote in accordance with our constitution of freedom.
Putting this model in representation I think how extremely important it is for PD members to feel represented. The DP will do everything to promote this model in Albanian society. The Assembly elects the national council today. The other novelty, every vote will be shown in front of the cameras, do not lose patience and follow that I guarantee you that this has its origin in the exclusion of free voting, alas the model installed by Edi Rama, in fact that model was adapted by Bashan . Therefore every ballot paper will be issued in front of you. I invite all candidates to observe the counting process. The overthrow of previous models is important for the evaluation of citizens. tomorrow in power is the greatest guarantee against autocracy.
To guarantee that this assembly belonged to the union, today in the hall were hundreds of delegates, there are dozens of nominees for council members, who before March 6 stood in another position. My task has been to unite the base and you see you are witnesses, the turnover of the former mayor to understand that clearly testify how united is the DP at the base. A good part of the deputies were, this train can never stop. It is the lifeline of Albania. There is no longer any time to spend with internal problems. Anyone who joins the train is welcome, others have made their choice and I will respect that. I remain interested in the deputies joining the majority, I understand the difficulties and March 6 proved clearly who the majority was.
