Superstar Jennifer Loepz and Hollywood actor Ben Affleck were married on Saturday, according to documents filed in the state of Nevada.
The couple is said to have had a small ceremony, with only their family members. The two were engaged earlier in April, while they are now officially married and even Lopez has legally taken her husband’s last name.
Affleck presented Lopez with a green diamond engagement ring cut in a similar style to the pink diamond he had given her almost twenty years earlier.
On social networks, Lopez described the emotional moment. According to her, on Saturday night while taking a bubble bath, the love of her life got down on one knee and proposed.
Affleck, 52, and Jennifer, 49, have an interesting history together. They were first linked in the 2000s and made two films together.
Then in 2004 the couple split up to reunite after 17 years.
During their separation, Lopez married singer-songwriter Mark Anthony, whom she divorced in 2014, while Affleck married actress Jennifer Garner, whom he divorced in 2018.
In their professional lives, Affleck is an Academy Award winner, while Lopez grew her wealth and fame through singing and acting.
A year ago they were filmed by the paparazzi going out again and at the moment quite happy in each other’s arms.
