I am sharing with you that today I have submitted my resignation from the position of Prefect of Lezha Region, a job I have been doing for almost 3 years.
First, endless thanks to the administration I led, for their correctness, professionalism and dedication, I felt so good with them.
Secondly, I would like to thank all those local government leaders, Dr. Police, army and territorial branches who respected a code of conduct and friendly cooperation. Endless thanks for all their contribution in dealing with the prolonged post-earthquake and pandemic situation, many of them deserve the appreciation of the whole public.
Thirdly, thanks to all those citizens who chose to meet me with confidence in the office, on the street and everywhere, encouraged and supported me but also understood me for my opportunities in solving their problems.

It has been just as important for me to communicate with you, you have followed me and I feel warm with you, I have tried to follow you as much as I could, however this depends on my time.
This 3-year period has been a valuable experience for me and after that of Q. Shkodër in 1997-2000, it has completed my CV but not only. I have always tried to be humble but also demanding in achieving work objectives. I am happy to have left a good mark of my own in this important function.
I will certainly continue to be a modest actor in the local public life with which I have been associated for more than 30 years, in which I grew up and shaped. I will be a resident of this city forever, a friend of yours obviously, free and uninfluenced in my attitudes, anti-conformist for problems that concern the social environment, etc. because this is how I want to remain.
