The Albanian Road Authority has announced the change of direction for the vehicles in the Great Ring of Tirana.
ARA informs the citizens that starting from Sunday, February 13, 2022, due to the works for the construction of Lot 3, Vehicles that will come from the highway Elbasan-Tirana, after leaving the Overpass of the Palace with Arrows in the direction of the road “Teodor Keko ”, will deviate to the right using the new carriageway of the secondary road of Lot 3, thus avoiding the main axis to near the underpass of O-Zone, and then continuing according to the existing orientation in Lot 2.

Starting from Sunday, 13.02.2022, the direction of movement for vehicles in the Great Ring of Tirana changes, due to the works that are being carried out for the construction of Lot 3.
The vehicles that will come from the Elbasan-Tirana highway, after leaving the Overpass of the Palace with Arrows in the direction of “Teodor Keko” street, will deviate to the right using the new carriageway of the secondary road of Lot 3, thus avoiding the main axis until near the O-Zone underpass, and then continuing according to the existing orientation in Lot 2
For the vehicles that will have destination Yzberisht, Boulevard “Migjeni”, “Kombinatin” there will be no changes in traffic.
We seek the understanding of residents and road users for these interventions that are being carried out on this axis until the full completion of this project.
