One dead and several injured. This is the balance of an armed attack against the Prime Minister of Haiti, Ariel Henry.
The incident happened yesterday, January 1, in the city of Gonaives.
The prime minister and his entourage were leaving a church where an Independence Day celebration had just ended when an armed gang opened fire.
There was a clash with security forces and one person was killed, while thankfully the prime minister was not injured.
